We understand that sometimes life happens but also that everyone's time is valuable, including ours. no call no show's cost small business's a lot of time and money, therefore we now have a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment time.
At Doctor Detail we strive to make our customers #1 by meeting or surpassing all their detailing needs. We do not take payments until you have had the chance to fully look over the work performed by our technicians. If you find anything you are not pleased with, your displeasure will be happily fixed on the spot. Please note that some stains may not come out of your vehicle, If that is the case understand our technicians have done everything possible to make sure they got out what was able to come out.
DURATION OF YOUR DETAIL:
like everyone who comes into our detailing studio are unique, so are their vehicles. We take appointments between 8am and 10 am. We attempt to have them completed much sooner then 5PM, however that is not always possible since we do not know the exact condition of your vehicle coming in.
For insurance purposes we are not able to uninstall or reinstall child car seats, we can put them aside during your detail, however you must remove them and reinstall them. Please remove all seat covers and steering wheel covers if you would like those area's detailed. Area's containing personal belongings will not be detailed (Trunks, Center counsel's, glove boxes etc.)
Excessive Fee's Excessive Pet hair, Debris removal, Staining, paint overspray, tar and tree sap removal will incur additional charges at the time of your detail. Charges are $65 per hour after the first 4 hours of service. Excessive vehicles may need to stay overnight please text photos to 515-918-9170 if this is a concern for you.
